The Lima is a layered hospitality concept in Bali, bringing together a boutique hotel, café, bar, cultural residency, and ritual experiences under one house. While the founders had a clear vision for the space, the brand needed structure and clarity to communicate the concept as a cohesive whole. Through a focused strategy process, we defined the philosophy, ecosystem, audience, and narrative that shape The Lima House, translating the idea into a clear and intentional brand foundation.

Building on this strategic direction, the existing identity was refined and expanded into a complete brand system. The work included a structured logo suite across sub-brands, a refined colour palette, typography system, visual direction, and brand guidelines. The result is a brand that now operates with clarity and confidence, giving the team a strong framework for storytelling, marketing, and the future growth of The Lima.
